Last week's game against the falcons was definitely embarrassing for me and my teammates. when we give up more than 200 yards rushing to an opponent, that falls on us as players ... not on the coaches.

We didn't play up to par for our organization, our team or ourselves. That's the way NFL can be, one week it can be the ultimate high, the next week can be ultimate low. Even still, with what we go through as football players.. we must give our best effort. Football is our passion.. we approach what we are doing with complete conviction, however if we don't produce, change will come. I believe in our new leadership... sometimes things may not go right in football... and sometimes things don't go right in our country... we must take personal responsibility and each and every one of us must work harder to improve... just like what is going on in our country and in the world... we need to embrace change.

We must fight on and move forward. In the face of tough times, changes happen, sometimes positive, sometimes negative.. As football players, we must get past it and move forward.

Now I'll look forward to the Panthers. If you know me, I'll be ready to go... fired up as ever to get back on track... Me and my teammates will practice all week long and prepare to play the perfect game which I know we are capable of playing.
